Woodland Country Club allows only a limited number of charity and corporate golf outings each season. Although a private club, Woodland welcomes the opportunity to host special non-member group golf events. The Club offers a variety of event packages that provide everything you'll need to make planning your event easy and enjoyable. All outside golf outings must follow the Woodland Country Club rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course and facilities. Most outside golf events are limited to Monday, with some exceptions which may be approved by the Board of Directors. 

Carts
Carts are mandatory for all of the outings at Woodland. If a non-golfer requires a cart, such as a photographer or public relations, one will be provided. 

Dress Code
Appropriate golf attire is required at all times while on the course or in the clubhouse. All players must have collared shirts, slacks or Bermuda length shorts. Denim and T-shirts are not permitted on the course.

Soft Spikes
Woodland Country Club is a non-metal spike golf course.

Rain Dates
All outside outings are considered “rain or shine” tournaments. We will work with you to reschedule the outing for another day, subject to availability. You will be responsible for the cost of the food and beverage service that was arranged for the day.
